We present AlanedBI , our main solution aimed at the concept of Business Intelligence. AlanedBI’s architecture can work with large volumes of information and with its algorithms can extract concrete and precise information in order to have better business strategies, value opportunities that could go unnoticed and have a global vision impossible to have with untreated data.
AlanedBI can:
- Obtain data from any type of source such as all kinds of sensors, telemetry, CRM systems, ERP, databases, industrial machinery, telephone exchanges, etc.… The only requirement is that the device allows data sharing, we take care of the rest.
- Create custom dashboards developed to the specific needs of each client.
- Monitor data in real time as soon as the information has been obtained .
- Advanced analytics with the ability to create custom and specialized rules for each specific case.

AlanedBI Business
Specialization in obtaining data from CRM / ERP business systems. Analytics and monitoring oriented to a global vision at company level.
AlanedBI I.O.T./I4.0
Specialization in the connection of sensors, telemetry, industrial machinery. Production-oriented analytics and monitoring. Ability to control and work in offline environments.
AlanedBI Inspections
Creation of forms with weighting systems and advanced rules.
AlanedBI Maintenance
Specialization in CMMS, especially on integrations of Rosmiman but also of other products.

AlanedBI consists of the following components, which can be included depending on the module:
- User system : allows you to have credentials per user and assign permissions to it.
- Role system : definitions of additional permissions by category .
- Localization : presentation of information on maps .
- Monitoring : display of information in real time
- Analytics : analytical processing of data with algorithms adapted to the needs of the client and the type of data.
- Business gateway : connectivity with CRM systems , ERP, databases, etc.…
- CMMS gateway : connectivity with CMMS systems, especially Rosmiman.
- Plant Control : Graphic representation of architectural structures that shows relevant information of the data or alarms that occur in their field.
- Workflow : System of rules and conditions that regulates a work procedure, especially in the system of forms.
- Rules and Alarms : Configuration of conditions and actions / behaviors to be performed when they are met.
- Predictive maintenance : System that, analyzing the history of data, allows to predict the need for maintenance in an intelligent way.
- Remote support system : Video conferencing system with chat and editing on a frame, linkable to specific information.
- Reading barcodes and QR.
- Scheduler: Expandable calendar system with metadata and timeline that allows you to organize your own agenda as well as see all kinds of information .
- Document Manager: Expandable document system with metadata that allows you to store and organize all kinds of information .
- Spreadsheet Import / Export: Component that allows you to offer or obtain platform data in spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel or similar format.
- Form system : Only available with AlanedBI Inspections . It allows you to create and answer weighted forms with editable rules and obtain contrasting results subject to being part of monitoring or analysis.
- DigitalBI: Presentation of information in a navigable three-dimensional environment, Digital Twin.
